Advanced Radio Writing with Stephen Wyatt
Mon 6 Oct 2014 to Sat 6 Dec 2014
This intensive hands-on programme is aimed at established authors, scriptwriters and poets wishing to develop an original idea into a finished radio play suitable for Radio 4’s Afternoon Drama

In association with Pier Productions and producer Martin Jenkins.

Working as part of a small, supportive and focused group, participants will evaluate current radio drama, explore the possibilities and limitations of the medium and receive ongoing feedback on their work in progress.

The second part of the course will be held in a professional radio studio where the group will be joined with an experienced radio producer / director. By the end of the course every writer will have part of their drafted radio play performed by professional actors and recorded in the studios.

Stephen Wyatt is an award-winning radio writer and co-author or So You Want to Write Radio Drama? published by Nick Hern Books.
