Are you aged 16-19? Are you passionate and committed about writing for film? November 25th deadline for applications
We’re looking for 25 of the most talented and committed young writers living in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland to take part in an intensive residential training programme that kick-starts a career in the film industry.

The programme will teach you the craft skills necessary to succeed as a screenwriter, gain an exclusive insider’s view of how to break into the film business, and network with leading industry professionals including Oscar-nominated screenwriter Peter Straughan (Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy), Tony Grisoni (Red Riding Quartet) and script editor Kate Leys.

The programme is delivered in three parts between January and February 2014, including two residentials at the historic Tyneside Cinema in Newcastle upon Tyne.
