During this half-day workshop we will explore the many ways in which creative writing can be a supportive resource for mindfulness

During this half-day workshop we will explore the many ways in which creative writing can be a supportive resource for:

  • Finding Solace and peace
  • Decreasing stress and anxiety
  • Listening mindfully to ourselves and others
  • Building positive connections with self and others
  • Coping with change
  • Boosting Creativity
  • Developing a balanced relationship with past, future and present
  • Increasing awareness in the present moment
  • Regenerating motivation for your mindfulness practices

This workshop is suitable for all, no writing experience is necessary.
