Free Film Blogging Workshop for 16-25 Year Olds
Tue 16 Jul 2013 to Tue 16 Jul 2013
Love film? Love writing about it? Then this might just be for you - July 5th deadline for applications

We’re offering 20 IdeasTap members places at a Film Distributors’ Association (FDA) workshop with established film writers on Monday 16 and Tuesday 16 July, at a cinema in London’s West End. The FDA is the trade body for UK theatrical film distributors.

The two-day workshop will involve three preview screenings of films and a chance to talk to professional film journalists in both a panel and in a more informal setting. Discussions will also be held on acquiring the basic content and developing film content.

To be eligible, you must be aged 16-25 and have set up a blog with at least two of your own film reviews or film features on it. They can be about old films, DVD titles or films in cinemas now – it’s about proving you’re already set up and ready to expand your blog.

IdeasTap is a charity that supports creative people through opportunities, funding arts jobs and career advice. This opportunity is only open to members of IdeasTap. Sign up for free and get involved at www.ideastap.com/Register
