Come along to this experiential workshop facilitated by certified poetry therapist, Charmaine Pollard and utilise poetry and expressive writing as a tool for healing, self discovery and an opportunity to explore your relationship you have/ had with your mother, including her influences and expectations.
You will gain an opportunity to develop a stronger, confident sense of yourself.
Charmaine Pollard is a counsellor, part time tutor and certified poetry therapist with over 10 years' experience of facilitating personal development and poetry therapy groups and workshops with diverse communities from social, religious and ethnic backgrounds.
