Words for Unwanted Journeys

This one-day workshop for therapists looks at how writing creatively can both support us and help us those we work with through challenging times.
We will look at common elements of unwanted journeys and explore writing approaches to suit the different stages along the way. It will include writing activities as well as ideas. Julia McGuinness is a writer, counsellor and writing practitioner, who runs creative writing sessions with cancer patients.
