Workshop in creative writing for wellbeing - £10 Taster Session
Sun 25 Feb 2018 to Sun 25 Feb 2018
This introductory workshop is an opportunity to experience creative, expressive and reflective writing for wellbeing, self-development and pleasure. It is a chance to be re-immersed in stimulating process, and give the over-zealous inner critic a day off. Come and see what happens when you are in flow again.

Are you someone who would like to write more, but who is inhibited by an over-zealous inner critic who pounces on your words almost before they have fully arrived on the page? Would you like to re-immerse yourself in stimulating process and give the critic a day off - to see what happens when you are in flow again?

Or are you curious to see how writing can serve you as a tool or an ally – a kind of pop-up therapist, in the absence of a good friend, so that you have the space to find out what your feelings and thoughts are, before censoring them? If so, this workshop, facilitated by trained and experienced facilitator, Kate Pawsey, might be for you.
