Writing Comedy Monologues for Stage & Radio with Angela Street

Wednesdays from 15 July to 19 August 2015
Time: 2pm – 4.15pm

In these workshops we will 

Look at examples of Monologues written for stage and radio
Create unbelievable characters and invent impossible situations
Practise techniques using inspirational writing exercises
Play with language, visuals and sounds
Work on your own scripts with a view to completing a short monologue 

Friendly, fun, informal sessions, suitable for beginners. All comers welcome. 

Angela is an accredited writing coach (Arvon, Nawe & RD1st), Associate Practitioner at Salisbury Playhouse, and workshop leader at Salisbury Arts Centre. She holds an MA in Scriptwriting and is a professional member of The National Association of Writers in Education, and The Society of Women Writers and Journalists. She runs writing workshops throughout the South West.
