Writing Fiction: The Essentials (Online) with Eliza Robertson, Mark McNay, Natasha Soobramanien, or KJ Orr
Mon 16 Jan 2017 to Mon 17 Apr 2017
This course is designed for new writers and will teach you the building blocks of a great short story: how to create credible, interesting characters and develop a plot - Application deadline 19 December

Four classes are available, each led by an expert tutor from the University of East Anglia who will guide you through the course. Classes are kept small, ensuring that every student receives detailed feedback and personalised advice.

By the end of the course you will have created a new short story of your own, critically examined other stories, developed a writer's notebook and explored techniques for crafting effective plots, characters and dialogue.
