Arts Alive in Libraries Commission
Deadline: Mon 31 Aug 2015
Empowering libraries to engage with and entertain their local communities through a diverse cultural offering

The Arts Alive project covers 8 libraries in the north of Cambridgeshire, the four Fenland Libraries: Chatteris, March, Whittlesey and Wisbech, three libraries in Huntingdonshire District: Ramsey, Sawtry and Yaxley, and Littleport in the East Cambridgeshire District. Each library has a commissioning group who has a budget of £3,800 to offer their local communities a range of activities, from which they can make a small surplus.

CS3 is looking for organisations (arts, music, dance, photography, theatre etc) who already operate in Cambridgeshier or Suffolk to put forward proposals inline with the brief given by each library. Please follow this link to view further information, the brief and the response form.

CS3 is a membership based consortium, so in order to put forward a proposal, if not already, you must complete an application for membership, which is free and will open up more tender opportunities for you. See here for further information about membership.

“Arts Alive in North Cambridgeshire Libraries” is a project funded as part of the Grants for the Arts Libraries programme by the Arts Council England and is a partnership project between Cambridgeshire County Council, ADeC and CS3.
