The Booksales Administrator will provide administrative support to the Head of Booksales and Retail at Edinburgh International Book Festival
The Booksales Administrator will provide administrative support to the Head of Booksales and Retail – including processing book orders, assisting with the selection and training of staff and producing staff rotas. Based in our office at 5 Charlotte Square and on site in Charlotte Square Gardens during the Book Festival, the Booksales Administrator may also be required to work occasionally on an ad hoc basis at our warehouse in Livingston.
The successful candidate will possess excellent administrative skills, some supervisory or management experience and a willingness to undertake physical as well as administrative tasks.
