This is an exciting opportunity for an organised individual with a proven track record to manage a complex site in mixed use at Calderstones Mansion House. At Calderstones, TRO is developing an international flagship project, a world-renowned, sustainable socio-economic enterprise that showcases our whole person, whole population approach to shared reading in an environment where people from all parts of society can come together.

This place will become the permanent home for our organisation and a sustainable business model which will ensure we can extend the reach, impact and influence of our international Reading Revolution. You will manage the Mansion House, Coach House, Stable, Barn and outhouses, which have a range of uses, including reading activities, public events, office space and gallery exhibition.

The sense of place within the site is key; from the moment people walk through our door, they must feel welcome, relaxed and connected to the ethos and values of The Reader Organisation.
