Arts Connect are looking for artist/s or an arts organisation to work with all nine primary schools in the ECMAT (Education Central Multi Education Trust) network to deliver a programme of high quality arts experiences leading towards a sharing and celebration on 15th June 2017
We are particularly interested in artists/organisation representing the cultural perspectives of Britain today.
The theme identified is diversity and would need to cover understanding, respect and empathy for different cultures.
The commission can be interpreted in any Art form but we are particularly interested in the performance arts.
The commission will involve one/two classes in each school, covering ages 7-11 years. There are nine schools in the ECMAT Arts Ambassador network (seven schools in Birmingham and two schools in Staffordshire).
