Arvon is now recruiting for a dedicated Centre Director to manage The Hurst, our writing house in south Shropshire, leading a small team. The centre is currently undergoing a major refurbishment and will be re-opening in late 2013. The ideal candidate will have a wide range of management, practical and interpersonal skills, and be able to work flexibly. A passion for literature is essential. This post is a fabulous opportunity to work with writers of all ages and backgrounds.
