CAGED Arts work with schools and communities to create participant focused programmes that engage participants with the arts and build skills

We’re dedicated to creating cohesive provision that allows young people to grow within an arts system and committed to working with a community to fulfil its needs.

This role is an opportunity for those interested in community arts to learn more about the management involved. You will be supporting senior members of staff in building community arts projects that benefit young people early years to 25, primarily in theatre and performative arts in Worcestershire and the West Midlands.
