Literature belongs to everybody and can be found everywhere. Through words we discover new worlds. By working together with others in a wide range of communities, Literature Wales can make literature a voice for all.

The Community Participation Manager is responsible for managing and delivering a number of programmes with the aim of improving opportunities for engaging with literature in Wales.

By working with a wide range of partners the projects delivered will specifically target people who are at risk of becoming or remaining socially disengaged. The post-holder will also stimulate and support locally led activity.
