Creative Learning Programme Assistant (Apprenticeship)
Deadline: Wed 26 Nov 2014
16 – 24? Not in Education, Employment or Training? Interested in a career in the arts?

as creatives is a small but exciting and thriving business, delivering creative learning programmes nationwide. We're looking for a dynamic apprentice to help us grow by taking on some of the administrative work in our office and by supporting our innovative workshops in schools. Could that person be you? In return we'll offer a hugely varied workload, both formal and informal training and an opportunity to take the first steps in the increasingly important arts and cultural sector - all housed in the heart of Liverpool's creative and digital quarter!

This is an Apprenticeship – for 30 hours per week (inclusive of time for training with the City of Liverpool College for 1 day a week, studying the Community Arts Apprenticeship) for a total of 12 months.

Purpose of Position:

The purpose of the position is to support the organisation by providing administrative support to the team. This is mainly an office-based role but will also involve accompanying team members to offer support whilst they are delivering programmes in schools and other settings. This post is ideally suited for those looking to seek a career in working in the arts with children and young people.
