The Creative Foundation is helping drive an arts-led regeneration of Folkestone’s Creative Quarter, with artist studios, retail units, a world-class contemporary art Triennial & purpose-built live arts venue.

The Creative Quarter Manager is a new post, working closely with tenants, residents & visitors. It is a management role, with responsibility to deliver a vibrant Creative Quarter that is best able to regenerate Folkestone while maximising net income from our properties.  It is a unique mixture of property management, customer relationship management and community development, and will suit someone with proven success in managing positive customer relationships, ideally within a property, creative and/or retail environment. 

The role is based in Folkestone, situated on the Kentish coast in sight of the Pas de Calais, in easy reach of all of East Kent’s exciting creative communities and beautiful countryside, and connected to central London with a one-hour high speed train journey to St Pancras.
