Dinefwr Literature Festival 2014 Volunteers
Deadline: Fri 25 Apr 2014
This is a great opportunity to get involved in a family-friendly festival which focuses on literature, comedy, music and art

The Dinefwr Literature Festival will return to Dinefwr Park & Castle, in Llandeilo, Carmarthenshire from Friday 20  to Sunday 22 June 2014, and Literature Wales is looking to recruit enthusiastic and friendly festival volunteers.

This is a great opportunity to get involved in a family-friendly festival which focuses on literature, comedy, music and art. An interest in the arts, event management, excellent communication and people skills, and a positive and proactive working attitude are all desirable attributes.

Festival stewards will be the face of the festival, helping to give the best visitor experience possible by working with staff and other volunteers to maintain a safe, enjoyable environment and responding appropriately to unforeseen situations.

In return for a weekend camping ticket, festival volunteers will be required to work one 4-hr shift per day, for the three consecutive days. Opportunities are also available to volunteer for a single day (one 4-hr shift in return for a day pass), however Literature Wales will give preference to those available to work for more than one day.
