The Helen Fraser Publishing Fellowship: a great opportunity for black and ethnic minority editorial talent
The Fellowship will start on 5th September and is a 6-month paid editorial traineeship for BAME candidates with Hamish Hamilton, one of Penguin Random House’s literary imprints, home to world-renowned and prestigious authors such as Zadie Smith, Jonathan Safran Foer, Ali Smith, Pat Barker and Dave Eggers.
Working at our 80 Strand offices in central London, you will learn about all aspects of the business of literary publishing, and by the end of the six months you will have gained a comprehensive understanding of the editorial process, working with both fiction and non-fiction.
You will also have had the opportunity to be mentored and attend a variety of development programmes.
