The Education Engagement Intern will work with a team to develop engagement strategies to approach local schools and colleges to create interest in The Enterprise Foundation
Relevant training provided for the intern to visit these establishments to follow up and to discuss the project. The intern will be expected, once trained, be able to record and collate the results of their educational contacts.
In addition, the intern may be exposed to all aspects of the organisation and will be expected to contribute as necessary.
DBS [CRB] check required. Charity will pay for successful candidates.
Skills: Applicants need good written and oral communication skills, and a basic knowledge of MS Office and databases. Graduates from
Arts-based degrees, or with a strong arts bias are encouraged.
Location: Southend, Essex but engaging schools in wider S.E. Essex area.
Start Date: As early as available
Hours: Flexible, minimum 15 per week
Compensation: UK minimum wage.
Ongoing: No guaranteed ongoing employment opportunities, However, there will be posts once the charity is established.
