Festivals and Events Intern

New Writing North seeks a Festivals and Events Intern who will assist with the day-to-day administration of the Durham Book Festival, a literary festival that takes place in County Durham each October. They will also assist with other New Writing North projects which include the Gordon Burn Prize, Read Regional and young people’s work.
This is the perfect entry-level opportunity for someone who is passionate about literature, writing and the arts and keen to gain experience working in arts administration.
10-month contract beginning March 2018
£15,926 pro rata
