Ministry of Stories are looking for an experienced, self-starting and confident fundraiser to support our fundraising strategy and to significantly contribute to our income targets
We are looking for an experienced, self-starting and confident fundraiser to support our fundraising strategy and to significantly contribute to our income targets as we transition from a fast-growing start up to an established organisation.
This is a chance to make your mark and contribute to the future of an exciting creative organisation, that already has strong donor and funder relationships and huge potential to grow further every income area.
As it reaches its fourth birthday, the Ministry of Stories has already achieved considerable success with its fundraising efforts, developing a broad portfolio of income streams including large and small trusts and foundations, corporate donors, individual donors and earned income from its retail arm, Hoxton Street Monster Supplies.
Earlier this year, MoS was again included as one of the Arts Council’s National Portfolio Organisations, securing a 30% increase in its annual income from ACE. At the same time as some of its initial major funding agreements conclude this year, MoS also has ambitious plans for the future, including national replication to three further sites across the country by 2018.
MoS is also in the process of establishing a Development Board to support this growth. Having been inspired by the distinctive creative work of MoS to date, this influential group of people have stepped forward to help us raise £1.5 million for MoS by the end of 2015.
Part-time 9 month freelance contract (3 days per week) from September 2014. Fee between £21,600- £25,488 dependent on experience.
