We need help and an injection of innovative thinking with our growing number of projects and we are interested in meeting applicants for the post of junior/associate consultant who have enthusiasm and some experience post- qualification in cultural management, research, development, business and organisational consultancy. You will work alongside a director or senior member of staff but will be expected to be a self- starter and to show initiative when required and to have good client facing skills. You should be reliable, committed to delivery of project outputs , be a good team worker, possess good verbal, written and numerate communication skills and be I.T. literate. It will of course be important that you have some knowledge of the sectors we work in. The post will be part-time, 2-3 days per week, and there will be an initial trial period.
