The Department of Humanities is well established and we enjoy an excellent reputation for both teaching and research in the areas of english, history, film and performance. Our Film, Screenwriting and Creative Writing degrees are led by award winning and high profile academics and writers.

As a lecturer you will design and teach script modules on both the Film Screenwriting and Creative Writing degrees, and you will also be flexible enough to make significant teaching contributions in the areas of fiction and adaptation. You will have extensive experience of writing scripts across a range of media (e.g. stage, screen, broadcast, etc) and a proven track record of teaching script at Higher Education.
