Lecturer in Cultural and Creative Industries

You will be able to deliver excellent teaching and have a record of research in the field of cultural and creative industries and, by 2021, develop a record of publications classed as internationally excellent in terms of originality, significance and rigour.

The post offers the opportunity to teach on the School’s well-established and popular postgraduate programme, MA Culture Creativity and Entrepreneurship. There will also be opportunity to contribute to the School’s BA Theatre and Performance programme in relation to cultural and creative enterprise, cultural theory, and critical approaches to arts marketing and management.

You will need a track record of working with arts organisations and cultural partners and be prepared to forge new links across the city, region and beyond to develop opportunities in student education, placements, academic research, consultancy and/or impact.
