Lecturer in Modernism and Creative Writing Grade 7, University of Liverpool

The Department of English at the University of Liverpool seeks to appoint a full-time Lecturer in Modernism and Creative Writing. You will contribute extensively to the teaching of our successful BA and MA programmes in English and will work with other members of the department in the further development of these programmes. You will also have the opportunity to undertake research degree supervisions.

You should have a PhD in English and will have publications in, and experience of teaching, modern literary studies, especially modernism, and the study of creative writing. We welcome particular expertise in mid-to-late twentieth-century British, Irish and American poetry, as well as in fiction as creative writing.

This is a full-time, permanent role. Salary: £33,518 + per annum. Job Ref: 009112
