We are looking to appoint a Literary Associate to be part of our Artistic Team at the Traverse. This role requires a candidate with fresh ideas about how theatre and writing can be developed and presented to existing and new audiences.

The main role of the Literary Associate is to support the work of the Artistic Director, and to work closely with the Traverse's engagement, production, administration and marketing teams to develop, support and present new work at Scotland's New Writing theatre and to engage as wide an audience as possible.
