The Drum has been successful in achieving Arts Council England National Portfolio Status, ensuring our funding for another three years.  The Drum is also embarked upon a £4.8 million pound capital project called ‘Raising the Roof’, which will enable us to grow and flourish.

We are currently seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our staff team on a temporary contract of up to 8 months (in the first instance) to support our ambitious programme of activities in this very exciting time for The Drum:

Interim Marketing & Promotions Manager
Circa £24,000 per annum 

This role requires a highly talented individual to take responsibility for the effective marketing and promotions of our varied programme of activities.  In addition, you will need to have experience of audience development, be committed to achieving sales targets and have a genuine passion for the arts.

You should have a professional qualification in marketing and promotions or equivalent, significant experience of devising marketing campaigns, creating and working to a budget and supervising staff.
