Marketing Manager

Key responsibilities:

To work with the Head of Marketing and Communications in the development of a strong but flexible brand

To work with the Head of Marketing and Communications in the devising, developing and implementing TRO’s CRM strategy and that this is feeds into the business development team.

To manage the Communications Assistant to ensure support to group leaders in the delivery of our work through the creation of appropriate materials and campaign support
-
To work with the Social Enterprise Manager to ensure sales targets for Calderstones are achieved and that campaigns are complementary to each other
Essential:

Is flexible, creative, willing and able – enthusiastic and energetic

5 years of working in a marketing role

Strong eye for design and detail

Vision for improvements and implementing them across a number of channels

Experience of running a team, fostering talent while achieving results

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and for a wide range of people at different levels of seniority
-
Performs consistently well whilst managing a diverse and, at times, extremely busy workload across flexible working hours
You must be willing to undergo a fully enhanced DBS check.
