The Reader Organisation currently has two main products - Reader-in-Residence and Read to Lead, which we sell within Health, Social Care, Education and Criminal Justice sectors. For The Reader Organisation to continue to expand across the UK we need a much wider offer of products and projects for new and existing markets.
The new Product Development Manager will be responsible for developing and managing the new product development process. The successful candidate will be a key member of a new and emerging Development Team.
