We are looking for an enthusiastic and flexible individual to fill this position overseeing and developing all operational aspects of the organisation, and representing the operations, technical and catering teams at Management level. The Operations Manager will also be expected to oversee the successful delivery of improvements to the Arts Centre’s facilities which will be happening during 2015.

Housed in a beautiful Grade 2* listed church building, Salisbury Arts Centre is a dynamic and lively venue delivering an innovative and high quality programme. It is highly regarded by its funders who consider it to be of regional significance. The value placed on our work has been demonstrated by Arts Council England’s invitation to be a National Portfolio Organisation, which secures our funding from ACE until 2018.
