The Reading Agency is looking for an experienced project manager to take our new Reading Friends programme into the pilot test phase

Reading Friends is a new reading focused befriending programme for lonely and isolated older people including people with dementia and same generation carers. The programme is funded by The Big Lottery, co-produced with older people and delivered by The Reading Agency in partnership with key stakeholders.

We’ve completed the planning and development phase and the test phase starts in July.

You will need experience of programme design, delivery and evaluation to apply for this role.  Knowledge of the health and older people’s sector and an understanding of the library sector are also desirable.

This is a full time contract, based at our office in Central London. The contract is initially offered for one year but is renewable annually until August 2020.
