Deadline: 5pm, Friday 23 March 2018.Working closely with the Centre Director, the Programme Manager will be responsible for co-ordinating, planning and developing programmes including our Youth Programme. The role also includes acting as line manager to project staff. The Programme Manager will be responsible for budgetary control, achieving targets, managing logistics, administration, organising relevant marketing and developing relationships with partners. The post holder will take a share of practical duties to assist with broader course facilitation and be committed to fostering a nurturing setting conducive to writing at all times. The Programme Manager will also represent Moniack Mhor at external events and partnership meetings and assist the Centre Director with fundraising where necessary.

Moniack Mhor is registered charity and supported by Creative Scotland as a Regularly Funded Organisation 2018 – 2021.

Salary: The annual salary for the post will be £24,000 - £27,000 pro rata gross of tax and other statutory deductions. Starting salary will depend on experience but we would normally appoint at the start of the pay scale.

Hours: 21 hours per week over 3 days including a share of evenings/weekends.
