You will share the team’s passion for youth empowerment and social enterprise, and be looking to apply your skills and experience to this area. For this particular position, experience is less important than skill, passion and commitment. You should have a proven commitment to this area of work demonstrated through at least one-two years previous full-time, part-time and / or voluntary experience within a similar setting.

We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated individual with strong administration, communication and operational skills. The person we’re looking for will have the initiative and leadership skills required to ensure the smooth running of the operational side of Beyond the Classroom’s programme delivery, to support the provision and development of innovative life-skills programmes.

You will thrive in a small, creative and resourceful team and be willing to work flexibly within your role.  You will enjoy the opportunity to work closely with team members to support them in the delivery of their areas of focus. And relish the opportunity to define, build and develop your own role within the organisation.
