This role is to provide administrative and logistical support to the project delivery team, playing a key role in the successful delivery of the Hull 2017 programme
A Project Assistant is required to assist the Programme Director in the planning and delivery of a project that will take high quality touring shows right into the heart of communities transforming local venues including schools, community centres, shopping centres, social clubs and pubs.
This role is to provide administrative and logistical support to the project delivery team, playing a key role in the successful delivery of the Hull 2017 programme. One year of administration experience is essential.
The role will require you to manage aspects of the project including but not limited to: policies, insurances, licences and certification required from staff, venues and touring companies. In relation to delivery of the project, you will also administrate financial systems and project-based systems, utilising Artifax and Specktrix, following all Hull 2017 procedures and working across departments for advice and support. Knowledge of Artifax and Specktrix is desirable.
Responsibility will also include acting as first point of contact within the Project Team, directing enquiries, arranging, attending and taking minutes of meetings, preparing presentations, booking travel and accommodation for staff, collating and preparing reports and managing the diary of the Programme Director.
