We were the first university to be commended by the Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education (QAA) for the quality of student learning opportunities and in 2012 we won the Queens Anniversary Award for Higher Education. The Faculty has an established reputation in scriptwriting for film and television. Our Skillset accredited BA programme recently celebrated its 25^th anniversary, with successful alumni at all levels of the industry, while our MA offers unique opportunities for students to work alongside students with other production specialisms in out Post Graduate Framework. Our recently developed programmes in Film and Media Production also offer students opportunities to develop story-telling and writing skills.
