We offer a variety of programmes including schools workshops, family art activities, a literature programme led by children’s writers and illustrators and community and education projects, and welcome over 80,000 visitors a year to the Centre.

We are looking for creative, enthusiastic and flexible facilitators to work with families over the summer period both in Discover and externally. If you have experience working creatively with young children and enjoy working as part of a team this could be the job for you.

Successful candidates will be offered contracts on a short term casual basis covering the period between July and September. The ability to work weekends is essential.

All Discover staff need to have a current valid DBS (CRB) check or be able to submit to an enhanced DBS disclosure in line with Discover Policy.
