An experienced arts professional is required on a 30 month contract to develop and implement a three year development strategy at the Arena Theatre to meet the KPIs set by the Arts Council for engagement, fundraising and outreach.

You will be educated to degree level or equivalent with substantial experience in arts development and with a background delivering innovative and impactful arts activity.

You will have a comprehensive understanding of arts funding and will be able to contribute to growing audience numbers and revenue generation, deputising as appropriate for the Venue Manager.

You will demonstrate a wide range of personal and interpersonal skills, be well organised, able to work under pressure and use your own initiative to progress multiple tasks within a given timescale. Ref A5894
