Young Norfolk Poetry Competition 2016

We’re looking for writers aged 14-18 to submit lyrics or poems to our competition for the chance to win some amazing prizes, performance opportunities, and professional mentoring

We’re looking for the freshest, boldest words in Norfolk.

Send us your very best writing and you could win amazing prizes, including performance opportunities and professional mentoring.

To Enter

Send us an email from your school/college email account to volunteer@writerscentrenorwich.org.uk with the following:

• 40 lines maximum of your best poetry or lyrics

• Your name

• Age

• School/College

• Teacher/Parent/Guardian name and email (if under 18)

The best entries will be celebrated at an awards ceremony held at Writers’ Centre Norwich, Dragon Hall on Friday 8 July. Special guest poet tbc.
