Arvon is now recruiting for an Assistant Centre Director to be a key member of our team at Totleigh Barton, Devon. Each week the team at Totleigh Barton hosts creative writing courses and retreats at the centre, a former farmhouse set on the banks of the River Torridge.

The Assistant Centre Director will focus on hosting the courses, and managing the centre’s buildings and grounds.

The ideal candidate will have a wide range of practical and interpersonal skills, and be able to work flexibly. You will be passionate about creating a supportive environment for creativity to flourish.
