Approaching its 70th year Bath Festivals is launching a multi-arts festival to succeed the Bath Literature Festival and the Bath International Music Festival. This new Bath Festival will expand the number of world-class events in the city and build our position as a leading national arts organisation.

We now seek a new full time Chief Executive to engage wider audiences - locally, nationally and internationally - and to redefine what great festivals can do.

You will have sound experience of programming, marketing, collaboration, fundraising and finance in an arts organisation.  More importantly, you will bring courage, energy and enthusiasm in leading change, delighting our sponsors and supporters and being at the heart of what makes Bath one of the world's greatest small cities.
