Queen's University Belfast - School of Arts, English and Languages seeks experienced creative writing lecturer/s with specialism in scriptwriting (stage and/or screen and/or radio). Post available as job share or as two part time posts.

The successful applicants will be required to undertake high quality research teaching, examining and postgraduate supervision in creative writing, with a specialism in scriptwriting.
The successful candidate must have:
•Primary Degree.
•Hold a PhD or be willing to undertake a PhD in a relevant area
•Research focus in creative writing with specialism in scriptwriting (stage and/or screen and/or radio).
•Outputs of quality and quantity for REF, appropriate to stage of career.
•Future plans for outputs commensurate with the research profile of the School.
•Demonstrable ability to generate external income to support teaching and/or research and/or community outreach activities, as appropriate to stage of career.
•Teaching experience at tertiary level.
•Experience of community outreach activities.
•Ability to contribute to broader management and administrative processes.
