As the successful candidate you will lead, grow and develop the research profile of English Literature and Creative Writing at Northumbria, in line with our REF success and the University Vision. You will make a strong personal contribution to the academic profile of the Department and Faculty through your contribution to research, impact and teaching. Your ability to think and act strategically, adapting to the changing external environment, is key to success in this role. A successful record of leadership in research is essential.
