This thesis combines creative and critical writing in an inquiry into method and technique in British Linguistically Innovative poetry and poetics. The introduction defines what is meant by a discourse of poetics - that of a writer writing about their own creative work and that of others - and establishes the context of the author's work as that of British Linguistically Innovative poetry, with connections to North American Language poetry. Read more...
