Space for Cultural Organisations, EcoWorld Ballymore & London Borough of Wandsworth
Deadline: Fri 28 Apr 2017
EcoWorld Ballymore and London Borough of Wandsworth seek proposals from cultural organisations to take up a new permanent residence in the heart of the new Nine Elms development
The earmarked cultural space sits within Embassy Gardens in Nine Elms and is scheduled to open in 2019. 750 sq m (g.e.a.) of space will be available, to be utilised by a cultural organisation on a lease of 25 years. This lease will be retained and managed by EcoWorld Ballymore and is offered at a peppercorn rent.
The successful organisation will also have the opportunity to work with EcoWorld Ballymore on a basic fit-out of the space to suit their purposes. This will happen throughout 2017 and 2018, while the space is being built. There will be a limited budget attached to this, which EcoWorld Ballymore will manage.
