Ambit 2020 Poetry Competition
Deadline: Wed 15 Jul 2020
Poems (max 50 lines) on the theme of Cataclysm are invited for this year's annual poetry competition judged by Fred D'Aguiar. Winners will receive cash prizes and publication in the October edition of Ambit along with being invited to read at the launch. Open to anyone, of any age of any nationality, aged 16 or over.

We hope that the theme of Cataclysm will inspire you to write not only about our natural world and climate crisis but also of all the particular political and health epidemics that we are facing.

First prize £500, second £250 and third £100.

Entry fee is £6 per poem.
