CIT Flash Fiction Competition 2017

CIT’s Flash Fiction competition is back and we’re looking for stories, in any genre and on any theme, up to 500 words long

The competition will be judged by micro-fiction trailblazer David Gaffney.

Three  winning entries will be published in Origins, CIT’s online collection of short fiction which was established in 2013. One overall winner will also receive £50 book vouchers.

Entry is free. We will accept only one submission per author.

Submissions must be emailed to info@creativeindustriestrafford.org. Please include your name, story title and contact details.

Please include the text within the body of your email rather than as a separate attachment. Plain text is preferred.

Entries must be entirely the work of the entrant and must never have been previously published or broadcast.

Deadline for submissions is 5pm, Monday 10th July 2017. All entries will be judged anonymously and entrants must be at least 18 years old on this date.
