Writing Outsider Perspectives. How do we write stories about the marginalised communities of our own personal background? What are our concerns when writing about these communities when they are generally under-represented in publishing and prone to misunderstanding or stereotype?
On this tutored retreat we’ll help you focus and test your fiction writing and ideas, and we’ll help you look at craft and content and the relationship between what you want to say and the way in which you might successfully express it. Suitable for people with some writing experience.
