Calling all writers, artists and creative entrepreneurs. The Writer’s Retreat is a programme of self-discovery, healing and creative commitment through writing for wellbeing practices. It's for busy people who want to understand themselves better and make an impact on the world with their words, art or professional practice. Online/London.
You will develop nourishing connections to yourself and your work without having to abandon all family obligations, domestic duties and other responsibilities completely! This is all about taking micro steps now, not waiting until retirement or vacation to fulfil our dreams and enjoy a life we crave.
Each week: I send you a written lesson with prompts or creative writing exercises to help you see things differently. I take inspiration from literature, science, spiritual teachers, urban vignettes, street art and my own life experiments.
Each month: I lead a virtual writing practice session and offer you some prompts to get started and keep going. I’ll share a guest interview with you beforehand.
Once a quarter: I host a live retreat in London for members. Think: writing practice session, social gathering with fellow writers or story swap session.
